During the summer of 2026, I went on holiday with my friends to Italy. We stayed five days in both Napoli and Rome. Here is decided to continue my sketchbook from Paris with drawings from Italy. It fascinated me how different the cities were. Most interesting were the people filling the scenes. In Napoli, it was like there were barely any tourists while Rome offered a perfect juxtaposition to that. Therefor I integrated the people into my drawing in bigger ways than before, making them actual characters to the location’s story.
